AI and Social Media for Social Business
On February 14 Massimo Zaninelli held the first part of the seminar entitled “Social Business: Lead Generation (LinkedIn) and Facebook Groups” at the Digital, Mobile and Social Communication Master of the University of Parma.
After a quick recognition from the origins of AI to machine learning algorithms, the programme focused on the functions of generating contacts and increasing visibility enabled by Sales Navigator.
Participants worked on projects based on tools such as Sales Navigator to apply the knowledge acquired.
The second part is scheduled for February 28 and will focus on the use of groups on social media to increase the visibility and appreciation of a project or brand.
