Clinical Trial Transparency lecture at the MAMAF

Massimo Zaninelli, CEO of Maxer Consulting, presented the lecture Clinical Trial Transparency: an Overview at the Master of Pharmaceutical Marketing – University of Pavia.

Among the major topics: the legal and regulatory basis of Clinical Trial Transparency, the sponsors’ responsibility concerning the publication of clinical trials, the use of the EMA digital platforms, the anonymisation of the registration trials, the drafting of the layperson summaries, and the transparency rules of the US market.

The following debate focused on the effects deriving from the publication of clinical trials results and on the marketing opportunities that might emerge from the public access to such information.
