Corporate Communication Course at the University of Parma
On March 16, Massimo Zaninelli held the first lecture of the Corporate Communication course at the at the University Master “Web communication & social media” of the University of Parma.
The first part of the lecture dealt with the definition of the roots and the scope of application of the communication activities within an enterprise. The second part focused on the analysis of the communication and language elements that are the basis of a professional communicator.
The participants showed a high degree of motivation and offered a valuable contribution to the lecture raising specific questions and promoting a keen debate.
On March 27, the second lecture will deal with major processes and activities of corporate communication.
