IBM – Maxer partnerships for developing Watson-based projects

Maxer Consulting has formalised its partnership with IBM Italia for the implementation of projects based upon Watson, the system for augmented intelligence development by the American Company.

Maxer aims at focalising this partnership on the pharmaceutical market by dedicating specific attention to the valorisation of the Application Programming Interface (API) of Watson to promote the interaction of the human beings with the computers in contexts such as research and development, business intelligence, and marketing.

The collection and the analysis of requirements that Maxer can exploit on the specific needs of the pharmaceutical enterprises are the premises to identifying the areas of improvement in the corporate projects and processes.  This approach can promote significant gains by using tools such as the Discovery, the Speech, the analysis and classification of Language, the Visual Recognition, the interaction with the user, and the Empathic analysis.

Maxer, therefore, proposes to make available to its customers the expertise it acquired in the pharmaceutical sector to translate the interactive potential that characterises Watson into real opportunities for problem-solving and value generation.
