The progressive reduction of contacts between ISF and doctors has increased the requests for information from companies, especially from specialists. The Medical Information service, organized by Maxer, responds to such requests relating to health professionals’ drugs and pathological conditions.
The service guarantees:
- bibliographic research argued and commented;
- drafting of unsolicited answers to specific questions (e.g., interactions, pharmacokinetics, mechanism of action, use in pregnancy, or case of comorbidities, in the elderly, long-term use, effects of excipients).
- support for the drafting of internal documentation relating to the operation and processes of the Medical Department (e.g., SOPs and Guidelines);
- creation of scientific content for the web to support the commercial network;
- documentation for the training of the sales network;
revision and translation of biomedical documents.
