The perfect pitch: from the e-mail to the choice of social media mix
Yesterday (January 23) I had the pleasure to hold the workshop “The perfect pitch: from the e-mail to the choice of social media mix” at the Master “Web Communication & Social Media”, organized by the University of Parma.
We moved from the basics of e-mail (often forgotten) through the design and drafting of the text, to the enhancement of the successful experiences thanks to a campaign conveyed through a ‘custom’ mix  of social media.
Beautiful classroom with smart, motivated and proactive people who, even in a short time, produced interesting ideas.
